2019年7月5日至7日,由美国电气和电子工程师协会和华侨大学计算机学院联合主办的IEEE第四届图像、视觉和计算国际学术会议在华侨大学厦门校区顺利召开。大会吸引了包括来自新加坡南洋理工大学、美国拉文大学、西英格兰大学、加拿大温尼伯大学、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学,中国科技大学、复旦大学、北京理工大学、哈尔滨工业大学以及华侨大学等单位的近150名专家学者参与了学术交流。

华侨大学计算机学院院长缑锦在开幕式上致辞,并欢迎海内外专家学者共聚华侨大学分享各自在图像,视觉和计算领域的相关领域的最新研究成果,同时希望通过此次国际会议推动计算机学科相关领域的建设与发展;副院长田晖介绍了筹办组织本次会议的基本情况,并做了会议论文评审细则说明。

整个大会始终洋溢着浓郁的学术气氛,台湾逢甲大学的张真诚教授、南洋理工大学Lap Pui Chau教授,中国复旦大学张新鹏教授,做了精彩的大会主题演讲,并分享了各自小组在信息隐藏,图像恢复和信息加密领域的最新研究成果。此外,大会由技术范围内的领域专家组织了在“图像处理”、“计算机视觉”以及“机器学习应用”等16个领域的专题小组汇报。

本次会议的顺利召开为参会嘉宾提供了一次很好的学术交流、增进友谊、加强合作的机会。
